• Construction of a 1800 m² world-class pavilion providing training/ changing facilities, coach/staff office space, cafe, club maintenance workshops, club rooms, community space, bike/equipment hire space within a 43 hectare parkland
• Tarmac cycle tracks –6.7 KM for safe competitive speed, endurance traffic free road cycling
• BMX race track- 3,000sqm with racetrack, trails and arena providing world-class facilities
• Mountain Bike technical circuits – 8,000 sqm, technical riding area for developing different skill levels
• Skateboard Park (4,000m²) providing world-class facilities
• Natural Play Area and children's cycle play area (3000 m²), for younger children to learn balance, basic cycle handling
• MUGA (Multi Use Games Area –600sqm
• Parking for about 230 permanent spaces and 100 green overspill spaces
