Community Sports Coach Scheme (CSCS)

The aim of the Community Sports Coach Scheme has been to establish a network of paid, qualified coaches working at local level, in order to increase opportunities for young people to access high quality coaching.

The development of a pool of Community Sports Coaches in Kent has not only contributed to enhancing the quality of existing sports activity, but also provided the opportunity to generate substantial new activity over time.
