Kent Coaching System Support Network

Kent Sport Coaching is the underpinned by the Coaching System Support Network (CSSN). Coordinated by the Coaching Network Officer the CSSN includes representation from all sectors involved in coaching.

The group work together to steer the development of coaching in order to create a cohesive and sustainable system that ensures we have the RIGHT Coaches in the RIGHT Place at the RIGHT Time delivering high quality coaching to the wide range of sporting participants across Kent.

Using the UK Coaching Framework (pdf) for reference, Kent Sport Coaching produced a coaching strategy to direct the development of coaching in the county. Coordinated by the Coaching Network Officer the actions require all partners to commit to collaborative working in order to achieve success.
