Disability Curling

What's it all about?

Wheelchair curling is an existing Winter Paralympic sport. Several events have been already held in Kent to introduce Wheelchair users to the sport, with current Paralympic team members in attendance. It is hoped to establish a regular club for wheelchair users. They can also join in games with able-bodied players.

A separate initiative is for Deaf curlers with the aim of fielding a team in the 2010 Deaf Olympics.
