As from 1st November two new Trampolining opportunities will be available in the Swale area
Tuesday; 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon at Faversham Gym is a Trampolining and Gymnastics Club for children from Meadowfields School
Wednesday; 4:15 - 5:00 pm at Swallows Leisure Centre, in Sittingbourne is a Trampolining Club for children with disabilities, price £3:50
Thursday's from 12:30 - 2:00 pm is the adult multi-sport club based at Swallows Leisure Centre, in Sittingbourne.

Swale Sports Development Team run multi-sport Clubs at Swallows Leisure Centre, Sittingbourne on a Tuesday afternoon and at Faversham Gym on a Thursday afternoon. Later this year they plan to open a new multi-sport Club in Sheerness

Disability Sport on the Increase in Maidstone
The Sports Play and Youth Development Team are pleased to announce that we are extending our DMAX disability sports club, the club has been running from July 08 at the Astor Sports and leisure complex on a Thursday evening from 5.30 – 7.00.
They have now extended the club, and as from Monday 16th March will be running session on Monday evenings at Maidstone Leisure Centre from 5.15 – 6.45, as well as the Thursday session.

Mote Park Leisure Centre
Mote Park Leisure Centre is currently undergoing a major refurbishment which will include improvements to the pools, changing rooms and gym. These should provide more accessible changing facilities and an extended Gym which intends to become accredited under the national Inclusive Fitness Initiative scheme
Tonbridge and Malling
Larkfield Leisure Centre Recognised as an Inclusive Fitness Facility -
Larkfield Leisure Centre has gained national accreditation as an Inclusive Fitness Facility and invites disabled users to try out their gym facilities during Inclusive Fitness Week 11 to 17 May 2009.
The Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) is a programme supporting the fitness industry to become more inclusive, catering for the needs of disabled people with the aim of increasing physical activity participation levels. Through a range of projects and products the IFI supports facilities across England to create an inclusive service, increasing participation by disabled people.
The fundamental benefit of IFI accredited facilities is that they are inclusive. Any developments and enhancements made, not only actively target users such as disabled people, older adults and people with health impairments but they also benefit the entire community.
Lifestyles Health and Fitness Suite at Larkfield Leisure Centre will be holding an Open Week to mark Inclusive Fitness Week. Disabled customers who book in for a tour of the facilities during Inclusive Fitness Week will receive a free 14 Day Guest Pass which allows unlimited use of Lifestyles Health & Fitness Suite, swimming pools and exercise classes. An induction will be provided to ensure safe and proper use of the equipment.

There is also a multi-sport club held at Larkfield Leisure Centre on the first and third Saturday evening of the month 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. using the pool and the Sports Hall. Children need to be accompanied and each session costs £2:10
A club for young disabled people (aged 12-18 years old) runs at The Grove Centre, Manor Grove, Tonbridge every Tuesday - 4:30 - 6:00 pm

Tonbridge Mencap is setting up a sports club to be based at Hayesbrooks School and to run after school, during term time. It will be for youngsters with learning disabilities and will include a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports opportunities.
