Funding

Kent Sports Development Unit levers funds into Kent sport from trusts, foundations, governing bodies of sport, Sport England, the European Union, the National Lottery and other funding agencies.

The Unit enjoys a success rate of 86% against a national average of 28%. On behalf of Kent sports organisations, the Unit actively seeks sponsorship from private companies and has negotiated a number of major sponsorship deals for sports development.
