SOUTH EAST SKILLS VISION FOR THE LONDON 2012 GAMES
A 2012 skills event will be taking place at Dorney Lake, Eton, the Olympic venue for rowing and flat water kayaking for the 2012 Games, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. including lunch, on 2nd October 2007.
The morning will provide an update on the South East's plans for education, skills and employment relating to the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, including the Cultural Olympiad. Tony Edmunds of Kent & Medway LSC and Malcolm Bell of KAFEC and Principal of NWK College will both be attending on behalf of the Kent Campaign's skills and training partners, but if other Kent organisations would wish to attend, please contact Samantha Philpott samphilpott@seeda.co.uk as soon as possible.
