James was a member of the GB mixed 4 coxed adaptive rowing squad who took Gold at the Varese International Adaptive Regatta 2008 in Italy. His immediate focus is to achieve a gold medal at the Paralympics in Beijing and a world best time in the LTA (Legs, Trunk & Arms) coxed four this season.
