  • 2011: Furthered her personal bests to: 19.79m in discus and 6.67m in shot putt
  • 2011: 1 discus gold in Stadskanaal, IWAS series
  • 2011: Achieved 1 gold in discus and 1 silver at the IWAS world Junior Games in Dubai
  • 2010: Achieved gold in the javelin, silver in the discus and bronze in the shot at the 2010 IWAS Junior Games, Czech Republic
  • 2010: Achieved two silver medals in the shot and discus at a disability competition in Germany
  • 2009: Selected by UKA to join the Development Squad of the World Class Performance Programme.
  • 2009: World Dwarf Champs, Belfast achieved two gold medals (discus and javelin) and a silver medal (shot).
  • 2009: Achieved gold in the discus and shot at the IWAS Junior World Games.
  • 2007: National Dwarf Games achieved gold medals in shot, discus and javelin.
  • 2007: BBC South East Disabled Sportsperson of the Year.
