Xander’s future aims include breaking the British records for the 100m and 200m breaststroke for his age group.

Current ranking: Ranked the fastest 100 and 200m breaststroke swimmer in his age group.

  • 2011: Selected for the 2012 Olympic Games Long List
  • 2011: Selected for the 2012 World Class Program
  • 2010: Selected to swim for the GB under-19 team in the European Junior Championships.
  • 2010: Male long course 100m breaststroke ranked 2nd in the UK
  • 2009: ASA Nationals – achieved 2 bronze medals
  • 2009: ASA Nationals – fastest 16yr old 100m breaststroke
  • 2009: UK School Games – achieved gold, silver & bronze medals
