The Torch Relay and Kent

On its journey across Kent the Olympic Torch will pass through the following communities on a date between 17 July 2012 and 20 July 2012, playing a vital role in bringing together the passion, excitement, and engagement of Kent residents with the 2012 Games:

In addition to these 'on-route' on celebrations the Torch Relay in Kent will be also be marked through:

  • Two major evening celebration events in Dover (18 July 2012) and Maidstone (19 July 2012)
  • Lunchtime stops at two Kent locations
  • Eight photo stops and two breakfast stops
