Coach and Official Scholarship Scheme

Coaching Applications are once again open for our Coach and Official Scholarship Scheme. In February of this year we supported 21 applications from a total of 11 different sports.

Applications must be submitted by Friday 30 September 2011 for opportunities that start no earlier than 1 October 2011 and are completed within an 18 month period.

The fund seeks to increase the quantity and quality of coaches and officials within Kent, and therefore assist the development of sport within the County. Applications are welcome from clubs, organisations and NGBs to nominate individual coaches or officials who must be a resident or coach within the County. Grants will be made to the overall cost of development opportunities for qualified or unqualified coaches and officials and be paid upon completion of said opportunity.
