The
Kent County FA is seeking to appoint an experienced Football coach
to deliver coaching programmes aimed at increasing participation of
targeted groups within the community.
The post will involve planning, delivering
and monitoring coaching programmes in school and community settings
throughout Kent, with a special focus on girls' and women’s Football.
The post-holder will also be involved in creating
School-Club Links and delivering Sport England’s Sport Unlimited programme.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold at least an FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football
- Demonstrate knowledge of FA Football Development initiatives
and long term player development
- Have experience of coaching within a school and community setting
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Be available to work evenings and weekends when necessary
