Sports clubs have a clean sweep of prizes in Customer Satisfaction prize draw
The
bi-annual customer satisfaction survey returned at the end of 2009,
continuing to be an integral part of the service’s Business and Continuous
Improvement plans. The survey has previously been completed in 2005
and 2007 with satisfaction levels of 95% and 98% respectively.
Over the past two years the service has seen its business and customer profile develop and this was evident in the number of surveys distributed. In 2007 just over 800 were sent out with that increasing to 1228 in 2009.
The service would like to express its thanks to the 281 partners that responded giving us a 24.6% return rate and providing us with a customer satisfaction score of 96.7%. As in previous years the respondents name/organisations, that were given, were entered into a prize draw with vouchers for Kent County Supplies up for grabs and our congratulations go to:-
- 1st Place – 1st Place – Mallard Fencing Club (£200)
- 2nd Place – Lenham & Harrietsham Judo Club (£100)
- 3rd Place – Elham Valley Cricket Club (£50)
