Kent Schools Sailing Team win National trophy
This year's National Schools Sailing Association
Regatta was hosted by the Royal Yorkshire Yacht Club on 26 July to
31 July 2009. The sailing took place off South Beach in Bridlington
Bay.
The Kent team, made up of children from schools across Kent, braved
strong winds all week and the result was a fantastic achievement in
winning the Team trophy for the best over all team results, out of
185 boats and aproximately 14 teams from counties around England.
This was a great achievement and who knows we may have some future
Olympic champions!
