Age Concern is the UK’s largest charity working with and for older people.
Small grants are available to voluntary organisations to develop new services or activities, which directly benefit older people, such as sports sessions.

BHF National Centre for Physical Activity & Health (BHFNC)
The BHFNC is at the forefront of national activities advocating and promoting physical activity.
Physical activity has important beneficial effects on both the physical and mental health of older adults. There is increasing evidence of the benefits of physical activity in relation to disease prevention, mobility, independence and quality of life.

National Coalition for Active Ageing (NCAA)
The NCAA brings together key agencies, voluntary organisations and stakeholders to act as a collective voice and to champion the promotion of physical activity among older people of all ages, abilities and interests.

Later Life Training
Later Life Training Ltd aims to:
- provide specialist, safe and effective exercise training for people working with vulnerable older populations eg - Falls Prevention.
- provide training for chair based exercise leaders, senior peer activity motivators, and accessible information to older people and their carers to assist them in increasing participation in physical activity and tailored exercise
