For the past five years this successful programme has been operating in a variety of venues throughout England, and provides sustainable involvement in physical activity for people of any age, to achieve improved health and general wellbeing.
Approved centre status is available to any organisation, school, college, and public or commercial gymnasiums which wish to enjoy the benefits of the scheme, which they can do by achieving the required criterion, to gain accreditation.
