Sportsaver (Kent Reliance Building Society) and Pfizer Small Grants

Thanks to unique partnerships with the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer and Kent Reliance Building Society, Kent County Council's Sport Leisure & Olympics Department is able to offer financial assistance to community sports projects in Kent.

Usual amounts granted are £50 - £500. This could be for anything from sports equipment to a sports event. Applicants are normally local sports clubs but in some circumstances could be schools or local authorities.

Applications are assessed by the panel on 1 March, 1 June and 1 November of every year.

Grants are afforded from two unique funds: Kent Reliance Building Society Sportsaver Account - this is a savings product offered by one of the Country's leading building societies whereby for every £100 saved by customers, £1 is given by the building society to Kent sports projects.
