The Walk Over October challenge runs for 4 weeks from 1 October 2019 to 31 October 2019. The challenge is all about walking briskly for a minimum of 10 minutes every day in October. All you have to do is sign up to Kent’s Sport’s free Activity Tracker, log any walking that you do throughout October and see how many walking points you can earn in 31 days.
We think there are lots of opportunities to Walk Over October, whether it’s a brisk walk to and from work, a brisk lunchtime walk with colleagues, a brisk weekend walk with the family, a brisk walk to the shops, a brisk walk to and from school with the children, or even a brisk walk to the cinema or local pub!
By walking every day throughout October, you’ll be entered into our Challenge Prize Draw for some ‘Active At Work’ prizes. Good Luck and Happy Walking!
Walking selfie photo competition
As part of our Walk Over October challenge we’re inviting you and your colleagues to take part in our walking selfie photo competition.
All you have to do is post a #WalkOverOctober selfie or photo of yourself and/or your colleagues on twitter @kentsport1 before 31 October and you’ll be in with a chance of winning a Walk Over October prize. Winners will be contacted by 5 November 2019.
