Sport England have pulled together some of the most useful tips and ideas on how you can keep active in and around the home for their new Join the Movement campaign. If you’ve found any great ways to keep active then use the hashtag #StayInWorkOut on social media to share your ideas with others.
In support of Sport England’s Join the Movement campaign, Activity Alliance have collected a list of exercise advice, workouts, videos and activity guides for disabled people and people with long-term health conditions.

We Are Undefeatable
“We Are Undefeatable” is a movement supporting people with a range of long term health conditions to find ways to be active that work with each person’s conditions, not against them. The website has information to help keep those with long term health conditions safe, well and active during the coronavirus outbreak.
The NHS One You campaign has a series of 10 minute workout videos that you can give a go in your own living room.
Played On Demand
Played are a technology company which creates digital products to encourage people to become more active. They have curated 100’s of free and on demand exercise videos on their new ‘On Demand’ platform to help people of all ages and abilities stay active during this time.
