The objective of golf is to get the ball to and down a hole using clubs in the least amount of shots and is played globally in this format. Generally Golf is played over a course 18 holes but recently the nine hole courses have become increasingly popular.
Golf offers a number of benefits from increasing the social opportunity and spending more time outdoors to help relieving stress after work or at the weekend. One 18 hole course can lead to walking seven kilometres.
