What’s it all about?
Gymnastics is an acrobatic sport covering a number of disciplines which require strength, agility and co-ordination. The diversity of gymnastics, varying equipment and a mix of skills and competencies has created a sport that meets the needs of a wide range of participants of all ages and abilities.

Gymnastics promotes an active and healthy lifestyle and is recognised as forming the basis for physical literacy by developing fundamental movement skills including balance, flexibility, coordination and also improves concentration.
